Our Mission
It is the mission of the emergency agencies in Hickman County to provide a high-quality emergency response to the citizens we serve as well as offer public education as a prevention measure for emergencies. The more knowledgeable and prepared citizens are for emergencies, the better the outcome will be should an emergency occur.
Our Story
Public Education
While fighting fire, responding to calls, and providing emergency medical care to citizens in need is definitely in an emergency responder's job description, it is so much more than that. It is our goal to provide a high-quality emergency response but also to educate the public in safety and emergency preparedness. Through fire safety demonstrations, community CPR classes, car seat safety checks, and other outreach opportunities, we are able to equip the public with greater awareness and preparedness for unexpected events.
